Our mission

Our mission is to provide a high quality service and give you a unique travel experience in a sustainable, honest and transparent way. It is our vision to be a leading example of a tour operator demonstrating sustainable tourism in Georgia. We want to grow by offering more and a wider range of unique tours, and at the same time we feel that it is our responsibility to ensure the sustainable development of tourism and make Georgia a better country for people to live in and a better country for people to visit. With this aim, we are working to minimize our environmental impact and promote our cultural heritage.

Expert Guides Georgia is one of the leading tour company among the small private tour organizers. We are proud of this position and determined to maintain it. To this end, we are committed to working harder to strengthen and increase our relationships with the various stake - holders. We continually aim to create stronger relationships that should in turn result in an even more effective tourism sector.

People
People are the fundamental core of our activity. We believe that the main reason why we became tour guides is that we love interacting with people.  Sharing our values, passion, knowledge and experience with our guests and hosts, this is the favorite part of our job!

All our hosts at our chosen accommodations, wineries, restaurants, families we visit and local guides whose service we use share the same values as we do, and we love to work with them, learn from them, share our knowledge and inspire them. 

We inspire and train our new employees to help us provide high quality tourist services and implement best practices in sustainability.

Environment

When it comes to environment, we support social initiatives with the fundamental participation of our team.  Our guides and drivers often with our guests participate in cleaning the areas we visit during the trip. We try our best to raise the awareness among people about the importance of the environment, and we strongly demand from all our partners to be as environmental friendly as possible.

Quality & Safety

Clients come in the first place! The team of ''Expert Guides Georgia'' strives for the highest quality service level possible in order to get the client's best value for his/her tour. To achieve this we provide the service of only high professional guides and drivers and all our chosen hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, wineries meet these standards. On the other hand, we try to avoid industrial places and give a big priority to a small and unique businesses, as we believe that it's a quality and not a quantity that matters!

Safety is our top priority! All our transport is regularly inspected. We use only professional drivers with more than 10 years of experience. We also do not use right-hand drive cars (which is quite common among other agencies in Georgia), because of the safety reasons. And in all the other activities like: Rafting, horse riding, hiking, climbing etc organized by us only professionals are involved.
